AW2723DF, dynamic brightness flaw

Hi,

In my opinion, there is a flaw/bug in the way the AW2723DF handles brightness and is constantly adjusting the backlight, even when it shouldn't. One example would be to open a tab to GitHub in dark mode and another on this web page. If you stay on GitHub for around 5 seconds or so, the colors start looking a little off, and eventually goes very noticeably darker/dimmer overall. Immediately tabbing to a brighter page or bringing a window up with a bright background forces the monitor to output the correct brightness. A similar, opposite behavior can be seen in some games when going from a dark to light image quickly, and you'll see the entire panel increase in brightness over a few steps/frames.

This feels like an obvious bug to me, as this shouldn't be happening on the desktop. There's no option to disable dynamic brightness other than to disable HDR entirely.

I've factory reset the device, tried it on a different machine, already using the most up to date drivers, connected to a 3080 and a 6800XT, tried HDR calibration, different HDR profiles, different Windows settings - nothing resolves it, the only 'fix' is to turn HDR off.

My other HDR display from ASUS doesn't have this same issue.
