Alienware M15 TB port is only reaching speed of 5Gb.

i plugged in card readers, both Thunderbolt and CFexpress cards. At first I saw starting speed of 1300MB/sec reading but it would settle to 900MB/sec on long reads. After i updated to new drivers and Bios I am only getting 625MB/sec read that is 5Gb/sec. Not even 10. CFExpress card is rated to 1730MB/sec.

At the same time all USB ports also slowed down. I used to get 300-400MB/sec with a different reader in 3.1 port. Now I am getting something like 130MB/sec out of XQD cards rated 440MB/sec.

What is going on with the DELL laptop? And of course my laptop is out of warranty so I can't talk to Dell support.
