I am moving to new hardware for 7.4

support has told me that 7.4 "REQUIRES" in-flight encryption, and they came in and set it on my backup policy,  - see it works now....

but when I do a restore I also "REQUIRE" to do in-flight encryption but I forget to set it,  is there a way to PERM set the restore encryption to medium?
