Hello, I just bought a new laptop from Dell (Inspiron 3501 or also called 15 3000) and it shows the message "battery cannot provide sufficient power" (after diagnostic) see attached pictures. First message is "...battery is not identifable...".

Bios looks already up to date.

I cannot contact the Service, because the Servicetag of this laptop is not recognized by Dell support homepage. Really a pity! 

I really hope somebody can help here and I really hope that I not must contact the telephone support of Dell, because they only support good if you bought an extra service...
