My Laptop warranty has expired and unfortunately I am having issues with the battery reporting as non genuine and occasionally not charging. I can confirm that the battery has not been changed. Is there any way to reset the battery or fix this issue without sending it into dell? Laptop is just over a year old and battery has minimal cycles with a charge limit of 80%.
