My 5000 series laptop basically ran slow for a day or two before crashing a couple of times when I played video.  It was then okay for another day then crashed again when I opened an email from someone sending me photos - it is now dead.  When I go to switch on the keys light briefly then go off. Completely black screen.  It has an SDD drive.  Any ideas/advice?  And how expensive will it be to fix?  I've had it around three years.  And of course, I have no hard drive back up...  Would expect to longer out of something that cost £700.
