I'm considerably new to all of this hardware business. I own an Inspiron 15 5567 laptop and recently my screen started acting weird when moved so I decided that I had to change the LCD cable (which didn't work). After closing up my laptop I was using it when I realized the wifi wasn't working. Obviously after a quick google I tried all the usual fixes: restarting, downloading drivers, reinstalling drivers, etc. Non of this worked, I even tried switching from windows to linux and it still didn't work. Finally, I checked my bios system information and I saw that the wireless part said "none". So I then took my wlan card out then put it back in, which still didn't work. I'm considering replacing the card if it weren't for the fact that my bluetooth still works. From my understanding, the wlan card is responsible for both wifi and bluetooth, and since bluetooth is still working I don't think the wlan card is the issue. I'm not sure how to fix this, please help.
