Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver fails to install on XPS 9550

Chipset_Driver_7TWNH_WN32_8.1.10600.150_A00.EXE does seem to install correctly.  Really only the thermal manager portion fails.

After downloading and reviewing the inf files I can see the A01 and A02 driver have smilar inf files (save the driver version numbers) but the A00 (working driver) is different from the two.

in A00 I see 

%INT3400.DeviceDesc% = EsifManager6.3,*INT3400

in the [INTEL.NTamd64.6.1] and [INTEL.NTamd64.6.3] sections

in A01 and A02 it is

%INT3400.DeviceDesc% = EsifManager,ACPI\INT3400
