Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver fails to install on XPS 9550
The two recent driver updates to Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver both fail to install on my XPS 9550. Specifically the drivers packages Chipset_Driver_YPN7Y_WN32_8.1.10605.221_A02.EXE and

Hi. I have the exact same issue on my 9550 using windows 10. Windows keeps trying to update it and it keeps right on failing. Tried downloading the version from dell site, unzipped, exact same set of errors. No resolution
