Dell Inspiron 3593, Ubuntu - screen flickers

Hello,

I have a new laptop Dell Inspiron 3593, with preinstalled Linux Ubuntu. It has an important downside - the screen flickers quickly and it makes my eyes hurt after a short time of using it. I tried disabling EcoPower in BIOS, but it doesn't help (I suppose this problem occurs also in BIOS). Changing the display frequency in Ubuntu settings too. When I'm running display test (press D when turning on), all of the screen is in the same color, but it also flickers. How can I fix it? Is it software or hardware issue? I read in https://pclab.pl/art82332-4.html that laptop with similar model number has low PWM frequency of backlight - only 200 Hz. Is it possible to fix it by updating some software/firmware or changing settings, or only way is to open the case and solder a capacitor in parallel with LEDs?
