I just received an Alienware Aurora R4 ALX and im trying to install an SSD drive.

The ALX case requires standard 3.5 inch drives since it uses a backplane and the connectors have to align up.

So i bought a third party ICY DOCK enclosure that aligns the connectors perfectly but it didnt work, (might be faulty)

Does Dell sell the adapter/enclosure needed to install a SSD drive in a ALX chassis? 

I emailed AlienwareUpgrades@dell.com but have not heard back
