I recently purchased an extension to my warranty.  I requested it to be the same as my original warranty and the Dell representative said that would be no problem.  However, this is my original warranty as outlined in my account:

905-7855    NBD OS,ANW 875,UNY,VAR,REL (Next Business Day Support)

902-6245    XPS WARRANTY SPRT,DESKTOP,VAR (XPS Technical Support)

 

My warranty extension only states:

905-7855    NBD OS,ANW 875,UNY,VAR,REL (Next Business Day Support)

There is no mention whatsoever of XPS WARRANTY SPRT,DESKTOP,VAR (XPS Technical Support).  Why was this not included with my warranty extension when it was to be the same as what I already had and what additional services does it offer?
