I am new to Dell and have only owned my computer for less than a week, yet I am already having numerous problems. my latest problem has to do with using microsoft works. After using the program I saved my work, then later could not re-open the file. I received an error message saying "File C\My Documents\(my file name).php is in use by another program, save your changes, close other programs, & then try again." I never have other programs running when i try opening the file, so i dont know what's wrong??? Im not sure what i did differently because i have saved other programs the same way and they work fine. Please help!
