I have gone through and read so many of the resolutions but I don't have any of those issues. I have had this machine for not quite 3 months, already reformated to Dell Factory and restored more times then I can count. It will work fine for a while then just start to freeze.  I do have two different spywares on here and defender. My virus protection is Avast. If I have repeated myself with some of the other posts, sorry. I am tried of spending my time on the phone with Micosoft and Dell. Would like to send this thing back. Been more trouble from day one.

 

Unlike some, I receive no error messages either when it goes out.
