No Entertainment software pre

 

I purchased this machine back in 1/28/07. I came home yesterday to find that my Computer does not boot at all. I tried new memory chips and new hardrive. Still nothing. When i start it up. The hardrives and fans seem to spin loudy like they always have when you first pushed the power button. But this time it just continoues to Hum loud. There is no DELL boot screen at all.

I am not sure what the problem is. So if anyone could help i would be thankfull.

 

This is the first time in 15 years a Computer has done this to me. So i guess i have had a lucky streak. Course i buy the most exspensive one i ever bought and this happens.
