Could you please tell me what's your cpu temperature normally?

Seems like my cpu speed drops from 3.06 to 1.60 when the cpu temperature reaches 72 degrees, again

it comes back to 3.06 but drops again to 1.60 when its temperature reaches 72 degrees again.

Is this normal?

Is you cpu also around 60 and easily get over 70?
