I found out that bluetooth is not working on my laptop, these are the steps that i have tried so far:

1. Tried installing bluetooth drivers which i downloaded from dell website, particularly for my model, during installation it asks for "Activate Bluetooth using wireless switch".  This is driver version i am trying to install R285455

2.  From BIOS ensured that Bluetooth is ON

3. Wireless switch is on, which i believe works both for wifi and bluetooth

4. Bluetooth light is OFF in keypad

I am not sure if the message i get during installation : Activate Bluetooth during installation is correct. 

Please share if there is anything else i can try
