Does Alienware use Refurbished Graphic Cards?
My Nvidia graphic card has been constantly crashing; I've also already started to hear my keyboard making squeaky sounds. If this is true, that some components I bought were refurbished, then I demand a total new exchange of my Alienware 13. I did not spend $1100 on a second-hand product.
Also, in regards to the constant graphic card crashing. A short important note: All the crashes are caused by the file:
nvlddmkm.sys. I HAVETRIED EVERTHING AND IT STILL CRASHES with constant BSOD.
This really annoys me... I might as well get a new laptop.
By constant and chronic I literally mean at least 3 times a day.
I have literally tried everything there is on google but nothing has worked so far.
Please help, I can't play OR work like this. I tried to diagnose my overpriced (and bad... as of now) laptop using the SupportAssist yet with all these crazy crashes, this laptop still has managed to pass all the tests. Kinda odd... All of the problem comes from Nvidia driver though, so I really don't know if I should blame Dell, or Nvidia itself.
