Hello,

I have Inspiron 17R N7110 laptop and my problem is that when i have my usb 3.0 external hard drive connected to my laptop, everything is good until it randomly won't show the files i have there even though, it shows the folders. I have to restart my computer if i want to connect it again and access my files.
I don't know if the problem is with my laptop, external hard drive or the problem just exists between chair and keyboard.
