I have a Dell Dimension 8100, with a 19" Dell M991 monitor.  However, lately the OSD keeps popping up on the screen for no apparent reason.  It does this frequently, sometimes coming on and off a dozen times in ten seconds.  Other times it will run for six hours without the OSD popup.  Any suggestions on how to fix this.
