S2721HS, no sound?
My new S2721HS has no sound from its built-in speakers. I have tested it through HDMI cable from both of my desktop and laptop. It’s the same result, no sound. I then tried my headphones, it’s working. Please help. I am using Windows 10.

@DELL-Cares I've recently bought this monitor and unfortunately I have the same problem! In the official presentation video of this product, the word of "SPEAKERS" is clearly mentioned!! So, isn't it customers' right to expect built-in speakers on this device?

@Farnaz FRL No. Speakers in that context means exactly what the online User's Guide stated, "Connect speakers".

Per the online S2421HS/S2721HS/S2421HSX/S2721HSX User's Guide, there are no built-in speakers. Page 10 shows all that there is an Audio line-out port which is used to connect powered external speakers. Headphone usage is not supported on that port.
