S2721QS, what is the LCD panel model?
My monitor screen has cracks and needs a replacement. I cannot find the LCD panel model on Dell website. Is there a way to get this information? Thanks.

* Did you buy this S2721QS directly from Dell? If yes, you also received a Dell invoice with your private Dell Order and Customer number. If not from Dell, from whom and when?
* How did these cracks happen?
