Hi all.I am new to networker.i have configured a tape library with 15 slots and 1 drive.inventory works fine.i want to label 2 tapes that do not have barcode.i right click on slot, select "labe" and after one minute i get massage

"command completed successfully (drive status is )".  please advice as I cannot use my new tapes. thank you.
