so i have this problem that haven't solve

upon looking the logs of my cisco core switch, it shows that i'm having a duplicate IP address all showing on the same MAC address, upon tracking using cdp neighbor, it went to my dell network. My question is, why dell VLAN interfaces have the same mac address? (unlike in cisco)
