We followed Microsoft's instructions on adding 3rd-party OEM network drivers to RIS and RIPREP images in order for text mode unattended installs to be able to use that driver.  However, XP setup (text mode) still doesn't see the driver....Microsoft's only other explanation is that the card's PXE boot rom may be sending a corrupt signal to the RIS server during hardware detection. 

Has anyone had this issue yet?
