Im having sound problems on my new Precision 5550.
It affects both internal speakers and headphones.
The sound is strange (like it's in a tunnel). But when i get a message in Teams, and it dings, the sound is suddenly normal for 5-10 seconds, then goes back to the tunnel sound.
All drivers are current according to the Dell Support Assist app.
We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
i also have the problem with this 'tunnel' effect using a Headset. But also it seems that the speaker/mic doesn't work normally when the USB-C dongle (Standard, with HDMI+USB-A) is used...!?
