Hi,

our printer reported  fuser error few months ago, so we replaced it in March of this year and so far has worked well.
A few days ago, however, has begun to report the same mistake, again we removed the fuser and we saw that the wire on the right is ruined.
In addition, the printer often jam, picking up more than one sheet at a time that stay inside, and it is very hard to remove them.

We can do something or should buy another one? The printer was bought on 2010.
