All of a sudden I can't open word, won't take any updates and can't uninstall it to reinstall.  Says msp files missing and I am out of options.  When I try to uninstall, the Word selection on the suite 2002 install disk has it shaded so I can't select it.  Where do I go to completely get rid of the files so I can do a new install?  I've gone to regedit and tried to find all the word files I can, but must be missing some.  Catch 22, can't install, can't uninstall.  HELP!
