Dell Networking N2000 series - ERROR: can't get kernel image! - Switch dell no inicia
Estimados al encender mi switch dell N2024 me encuentro con que todas las luces se encuentran encendidas sin tener nada conectado , me conecto por telnet y veo que tengo el siguiente error :

Por lo que veo tendria que cargar el firmware de nuevo , podrian ayudarme explicandome como seria el procedimiento ?Es posible cargar el firmware por usb?
