I have a single user that I cannot restore shortcutted messages to.  I am running a Shortcut task via Email Extract and choosing the option to Restore All Shortcut Messages, for all dates.  I then choose the email server and the users mailbox.

The job runs for about 3-4 minutes and the summary table shows no messages restored.  I have opened the users mailbox and confirmed 1)  No messages were restored and 2)  The user definitely has shortcut messages in his mailbox.

Would anybody happen to have any suggestions?

I was able to run this same restore job on another user mailbox with no issues encountered.
