Have reformatted and reinstalled Windows 98 SE on an old Dimension XPS T Pentium 3 with 128 ram service tag 409W4.  I finally have all the drivers for the sounds back.  I have reinstalled the DVD software using the disk that came with the old system (CineMaster 98 ).  When I insert a DVD and try to play it says another application is preventing play back.  This a a combo CD/DVD drive and I can't think what might be doing this.  Would uninstalling and reinstalling help?
