I have been trying reinstall several different games from the CD-ROM but after the set-up is complete nothing happens. It sounds like it's doing something but nothing happens. It's not the CD-ROM because a Tech from Dell came out and replaced it and does the same thing as before. He and another Tech at Dell thinks it's a software issue. I can download a game from the NET and install that but anything from a CD fails. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
