I have an issue with my Vostro 1500, i came to France for the summer, and was able to use my CD's and DVD's. All of a sudden when i got to my house in France the CD case wasn't able to open, (luckily i figured the problem to that out). Long story short my computer doesn't play my CD's or DVD's anymore. I checked the device manager and it said that the disk drive ST9160821AS was working. I tried trouble shooting but couldn't complete it because I don't have internet on my laptop and can only use my grandparent's desktop.

I NEED HELP!!!
