Yes, very vague product. I was wondering how I can find a replacement hard drive for this. It is not under warranty anymore, so I know I have to buy one. But is there a place where I can just take it and pay for the hard drive and for them to replace it? I'm not quite sure how to figure out where to find the exact model I need. OR if you can help me fix the blue screen of death that says "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" then that would be great. I cant start it in any mode and when I run a little "diagnostic" to see if anythign is wrong, it tells me there is something wrong, but not what to do. If you can offer any help, it's greatly appreciated.
