Support Assist on linux
Hi,
just installed Support Assist version 2.0.21.93 but i cannot get the setup of the Adapter operational. i keep receiving the following error:
Unable to set up adapter
SupportAssist is unable to start the adapter service.
Ensure that the installation of the adapter was successful and the configuration file has the correct required values.
error Code:20115
i have no Clue on where to look for this to solve this problem.
it's a fresh installation on RHEL 7.2. Also the services Supportasssit does not start automatically after reboot. it does so on other installations by the way.
any help would be appreciated.
