hello i bought a dell venue 11 pro 5130 (32-bit) and paid around $250 used, now i received it via UPS and when i went to turn it on i cannot boot, ive tried the cmos battery trick with no avail, i cantacted the seller and told him that it has a BIOS password and i need it to gain access, he has blocked me all together.....now how can i fix this i dont want to be out $250. ive owned lots of Dell's in the past and most PC's are still working please help if you can. i feel like ive been had :(
