Ok i now have this working using the driver below.

10.18.15.4279 - Dated 24th August which is available to download from the Intel site from 16th September.

I had to manually uninstall the existing driver including deleting the driver (tick box) rebooting and once back to a Microsoft Basic Display adapter I unzipped the new downloaded driver and manually updated it.
