I need to figure out how to get rid of this virus.  When I log on I get a message from Norton antivirus that I have this virus in my computer, however my virus scan will not pick it up.  I did a search in windows explorer and found the virus and tried to delete it.   It told me it was not able to be deleted, but now if I try to search again it won't find it.  Is it gone or what?  Help!
