Hello,

First time user. I would appreciate any and all help. I have a Latitude Laptop. I have downloaded McAfee antispyware programs and spyware is detected. The new program will stop any future virus but the original virus is still there. I was told that I need to get into safe mode and delete all files. Is that true??? Can you please walk me through that??
