I just reinstalled Windows XP Operating System with the help of Dell Tech Support and I have no sound. He installed the drivers and still nothing. I have checke the obvious, speakers, low volume, etc., but that is not the problem. Sound was not a problem prior to the reinstallation of the operating system. Any help would be appreciated.
