How do I safely remove programs from startup? There are printing programs and calendars and dumb stuff like that really dragging down the startup. I looked at the programs themselves, and there is no checkbox to uncheck to not run on startup. I had this happen before, but I can't remember how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am running Windows XP.
