Hi, I have a new inspiron e1505 which exhibits very odd behavior. Sometimes when I boot into Windows Xp I'll notice that the icon for the Dell Documentation and Support changed into the default blank icon. This also happens to MS Works and MS Encarta. When I reboot the icons for these program reappear. I have right clicked the Dell Documentation and Support Icon and I get a long error message: "windows cannot find the file %SystemRoot%\Installer\{B0DF58A2-40DF-4465-AA56-38623EC9938C}\NewShortcut1_B0DF58A240DF4465AA5638623EC9938C.exe. What gives?
