Need help with this one.

Blue screen error message reads

Been chatting with MicroSoft for 4 days trying there solutions still no go (just wasted money)

 

Would love to be able to return my XPS 600  to factory condition but F11 does not work on this model.

 

Need help

 

Dell warranty expired 28 days ago.
