XPS 8930, i7-8700, Nvidia 1070ti

updated to bios 1.0.10, now getting "boot failure on device" ran diagnostics, everything passed. only solution that has worked so far is to turn off secure boot in bios and use legacy- then it starts right up.

any help for this?
