I purchased a Dell 9560 a little over two years ago.  Battery life is diminishing, a new battery is in line.   Dell does not have replacement batteries for it, nor are they going to have any available.  What is wrong with Dell?  No battery replacements for a 26-month old computer.  I guess that an off brand battery will have to suffice.  Something happened to Dell about 8 years ago, they used to be reasonable, but now problem after problem.  Their customer service is pathetic, and everything they say wreaks of mendacity.
