I'm trying to activate Wake on LAN on a DELL XPS 9720.

I have activated in BIOS "LAN with PXE Boot" . Also "Wake on AC" and "Wake on USB-C Dock"

In Windows 11 , for wireless card 6E AX211 , I have enabled "Wake on Magic Packet" and "Wake on Pattern Match".

Also in Power Management tab I have checked "Allow this device to wake up the computer" and "Only allow a magic packet to wake up the computer" .

Also in Power Options , in Shut-down settings , I disabled "Turn on fast start-up"

Sending a Wake-up package to the laptop does not wake up the laptop ( from hibernate state on complete shutdown ) 

I also have a docking station , I tried with a UTP cable directly from the router , still nothing .
