G15 5520, BIOS 1.29, freezing, stuttering, CPU reaching 100c

Question

So a few months ago my G15 5520 (rtx 3060) has started to have these freezing and stuttering issues out of the blue not sure if it was because of a bios update or what cause i can't remember, anyways i thought it was time to clean and repaste the laptop so i did repaste it and fully cleaned my laptop from dust, but still no luck.. i've heard it has something to do with a past bios update so i tested this by downgrading my laptop from 1.33.2 (latest bios) to 1.29.0 since anything below that it won't let me update... anyways the freezing doesnt last as long as it used too but it still freezes and reaches 95 - 100c sadly... i will also mention that i did a fresh installation of windows and did absolutely everything i can and that was recomended to me and still no luck... anyone else experiencing something similar? oh and btw the usb port near the thunderbolt port now charges so slow for some reason not 100% sure if the updates ruined my usb port or what it used to charge my devices so fast.

Hey guys so I wanted to downgrade my bios from 1.31.0 to 1.28.0 since I have a big feeling that ever since I left this bios version my laptop started having performance issues and overheating issues even after repasting and cleaning and all that good stuff… and even might have been the cause for the usb near the thunderbolt to charge my stuff way slower than usual, and after some research and reading some Reddit posts and posts in the DELL community… I wasn’t the only one experiencing this for this specific laptop after updating my bios from 1.28.0 to anything above this version, Now I am pretty sure that it’s the reason for most of my issues with this laptop, but I and all the other amazing users can’t downgrade to anything below 1.29.0 because dell blocked us :) so now am stuck with a messed up bios that’s ruining my laptop gaming experience that I paid big money on for me to get treated like that at the end… I wish someone from dell sees this or something and atleast give us a proper bios update that returns us to the 1.28.0 performance cause this is just not cool. Thanks.

@GauravSyst Hey! i do know how to downgrade my bios but my current laptop bios can't go below bios version 1.29.0... anything blow this it just shows the downgrade blocked message and bios 1.28.0 was the last stable version for this laptop for most users if not all.
