Com Ports
I have an Optiplex GX270 with WinXP Pro. I have installed Palm Desktop
and use a USB cable to HotSync. It uses com port 1, which happens to be the
only com port showing in Device Manager. Setup shows serial port one as com
port 3 but since I use a USB cable, it doesn't help.

but it have 1 COM-port (?). What solution in future, if COM-port will damage?

I have an external device that wants to connect with the software via a
Com Port. On the back of the laptop there isn't a com port (9 or 25 pin

Com Port 1
I have a loader that is set to com port 1 and when i try to make it
communicate it tells me com port failed. I have gone in the boot up menu too
make sure it is set to com port 1 and also in the device manager but for some
reason it will not allow connection.

6800 Clock Speeds
What are the core and memory clock speeds on the nvidia 6800 that comes with the dimension 8400 9100 or XPS? because it cant be that cheap for a good 6800 and what memory type is it?
