Hello
Since the last big Windows update I have been getting the following error message:
Intel Optane (tm) Memory Pinning
Unable to load DLL
iaStorAfsServiceApi.dll. The specified module could not be found (Exception from HRESULT:Ox8
I have an XPS 8930 all downloads are up to date.
How do I get rid of the message? I see answers to a similar question, but that was last year.

thanks Ron!
this was really annoying, I do not have optane memory, error turned on after 2004 upgrade, went to control panel, programs and features, deleted intel optane pinning explorer exrentions.

Do you actually have Optane memory in your XPS 8930?
Old answers in a thread may still work. And there's this from Intel.
