Hi Deftonesjake‌,

That depends on the type of display you ordered. Send me a private message with the service tag so I can check you system specs.

It should be in the Nvidia Control Panel. However, you might need a LCD-Panel .inf or someway get the panel to detect as something other than "Generic Display".

I got it the laptop from here http://www.very.co.uk/dell-alienware-15-intelreg-coretrade-i7nbsp16gb-ramnbsp1tb-hard-drive-156-inch-laptop-aluminium-silver/1600163467.prd

It does state it's 120hz. One of the main reasons why I went for this laptop.

We sell this type of computer with different display options (FHD or UHD / Gsync or non-Gsync). This computer can have a frame rate of 120hz but it depends on the display type that was ordered. Please send me a private message with the service tag so I can check your system specs.

Not sure how to get the LCD-Panel.inf

Yeah, all it says is 'Generic PnP Monitor'

We cannot control what a 3rd party seller site may show as specifications. You can see on our Dell UK site that the 120Hz LCD panel added +£120.00 which would be well above their £1,699.99.

Get the service tag to Alienware-Eimy so we can verify the hardware that we actually shipped.

I did just try to play Gears of War 4, it did give me an option of 120, 90, 60, 30 frame limit...
