I have Centera configured to send SNMP traps to our monitoring and notification services. I can verify that the heartbeat traps are being sent and received. However I cannot find a way to send test traps to validate that monitoring is configured properly. Short of causing actual failures, does anyone know of a way to do this? Support told me, basically, to read the documentation. However I haven't found any docs that discuss a commandline to send traps - just to configure SNMP. Any ideas are appreciated.
